Terms of Service and Community Guidelines
These terms govern your use of the Tiny Realm Heroes mobile game (the “Game”) and its related services (chat, clans, rankings, cloud save, web pages) between you and {{VERI_SORUMLUSU}} (“we”, “us”). How we process your personal data is described in the Privacy Policy. If the Turkish version (/kosullar/) and this English version differ, the Turkish version prevails.
1. Parties and acceptance
When you first open the Game (and when a new version of these terms is published), the Game shows these terms and the Privacy Policy with links and asks you to accept them with “Continue”; these terms apply from that acceptance. In addition, before your first chat message, your first profile photo upload, creating a clan or changing your nickname, the Game asks you once more to confirm that you have read and accept these terms and the Community Guidelines; if you decline, you can keep playing but cannot use those features. Each acceptance is recorded with your account, the date and the terms version.
2. Who may play
The Game is for players aged 16 and over. If you are under 16, do not use the Game. To allow personalised ads you must also confirm that you are 18 or older; otherwise ads are shown without personalisation (see 5). If we learn that an account belongs to someone under 16, we delete it.
3. Accounts and guest accounts
- On first launch a guest account tied to your device is created. A guest account lives only on that device: if you uninstall the app, reset the device or change phones, your progress may be lost. Link your account to Google (or Apple) to keep it.
- You are responsible for your account’s security. Do not share, sell, rent or transfer your account; trading accounts is prohibited and traded accounts may be closed.
- Your nickname is public. We may change nicknames that impersonate others, brands or staff (e.g. “Admin”, “Support”), are offensive or contain personal information.
- You may have characters on several servers; they all belong to the same account and these terms apply to all of them.
4. Virtual items, currency and purchases
- Gold, gems, heroes, chests, VIP, cards, passes and all other virtual items (“virtual content”) are a personal, non-transferable licence to use them in the Game, not your property. We may withdraw it only in the cases these terms set out: a breach of the rules (10), content gained through a bug or cheating (below), deletion of the account, or the Game closing after prior notice (11, 12). Virtual content has no real-money value, cannot be exchanged for money, sold outside the Game or moved to another account.
- Real-money purchases are processed by Google Play (or the App Store); payment, invoicing and refund requests follow that store’s rules. Your card details never reach us.
- Purchased virtual content is delivered to your account immediately. Under Turkish distance-contract rules (Mesafeli Sözleşmeler Yönetmeliği art. 15/1-ğ) the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content delivered instantly. This does not limit your statutory rights: if an item is not delivered or is defective, your rights under Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 (and, if you live in the EEA, your local mandatory consumer law) remain, and we will deliver it or refund the price. Otherwise, except where the law requires, purchases are not refunded.
- We may correct or remove virtual content credited to your account through a bug or cheating. We may rebalance the Game (e.g. rewards, prices, events) from time to time, which may reasonably affect purchased content.
5. Ads and rewards
- Some boosts and rewards can be unlocked by watching optional rewarded ads. Ads are served by Unity LevelPlay and the ad networks working through it (ironSource Ads, Unity Ads and their bidding partners). We do not guarantee that an ad will always be available.
- The reward is granted when the ad is watched to the end and the ad provider confirms it. Fake views, automation or attempts to trick the ad system lead to rewards being revoked and to enforcement.
- Personalised ads are shown only with your consent and your confirmation that you are 18 or older; you can change your choice at any time in Account › Settings. Details are in the Privacy Policy.
6. Community Guidelines
We want Tiny Realm Heroes to be a place everyone enjoys, so we keep a few simple rules:
- Be respectful. No insults, swearing, harassment, bullying or threats. Argue about ideas, not people.
- No hate. Don’t demean anyone for race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability or similar traits.
- Keep it clean. No sexual content, content glorifying violence or disturbing photos. Any sexual content involving minors is strictly forbidden and will be reported to the authorities.
- Protect yourself and others. Don’t share phone numbers, addresses, e-mails, social media accounts or real names, and don’t expose other people’s. Nobody needs your password or verification code; never give them out.
- No spam. Don’t repeat the same message, advertise, scam or post links to other games or sites.
- Don’t impersonate. Don’t pretend to be staff, support or another player.
- Play fair. No cheats, bots or modified apps; don’t exploit bugs, report them to us.
You can report or block a message or player by tapping their name in chat. Our team reviews reports.
7. Prohibited conduct
In addition to the Community Guidelines, the following is prohibited:
- Cheating: modifying the Game (modded / patched clients), memory editing, speed hacks, bots, macros or automation; faking, altering or reverse-engineering the communication with our servers.
- Exploiting bugs: knowingly profiting from a bug or spreading it. Report bugs to {{ILETISIM_EPOSTA}}.
- Account trading: buying, selling, sharing or renting accounts, virtual content or services (e.g. “boosting”).
- Harassment and hate: threats, blackmail, persistent harassment, hate speech, incitement to violence.
- Sexual and inappropriate content: obscene messages, photos, nicknames or clan names; any sexual content involving minors.
- Spam and fraud: bulk or repeated messages, phishing, fake reward promises, malicious links.
- Impersonation of us, our staff, another player or an organisation.
- Sharing personal data: posting your own or someone else’s personal information or photo without permission (doxxing).
- Illegal content: content that is criminal, infringes intellectual property, or promotes gambling, drugs or weapons trade.
- Trying to disrupt the service (flooding, attacks), probing for vulnerabilities (except responsible disclosure) or accessing other players’ accounts.
8. Your content and licence
Content you share, such as chat messages, your nickname, clan name and description, and profile photo (“your content”), remains yours. So that we can show it in the Game, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence for as long as the service runs to store, reproduce, display it to other players, translate it automatically (when chat translation is on), resize it and review it for moderation. Your content is not used for marketing outside the Game. The licence ends when the content or your account is deleted (except statutory retention and report records, see the Privacy Policy).
You confirm that you have the rights needed for what you share and in particular that you do not upload another person’s photo without their permission. You are responsible for your content; we are not obliged to pre-screen it, but we may remove content that breaks the rules.
9. Moderation, reporting and blocking
- An automatic profanity filter runs in chat and masks some words with asterisks. It cannot catch everything and may sometimes be wrong.
- You can report any message or player (for an inappropriate clan name or description, report the clan leader); our team reviews reports, usually within 48 hours, and serious cases (threats, child safety, exposure of personal information) first. If you block a player you no longer see their messages and they cannot send you private messages.
- We may remove without notice, change or restrict messages, nicknames, clan names and profile photos we consider in breach of the rules, and disable photo uploads.
- Moderation actions are logged with who took them, when and why. Reports and moderation records are kept for up to 2 years (see the Privacy Policy).
10. Enforcement and appeals
Depending on how serious and repeated a breach is, we may apply one or more of:
- a warning and removal of the content,
- a chat mute (1 hour, 24 hours, 7 days or permanent; the Game shows the remaining time),
- a suspension (you cannot log in for a set period; suspended accounts are hidden from rankings and the arena),
- a permanent ban (the account is closed indefinitely).
For severe breaches such as cheating, fraud, serious threats or content endangering children we may ban permanently right away and, where required by law, inform the authorities. Virtual content obtained through cheating or bug exploitation is removed. For accounts closed for rule breaches, remaining virtual content is not refunded except where the law requires.
Appeals: if you think an action was wrong, write to {{ILETISIM_EPOSTA}} within 30 days with your player ID (shown in the Account window). A human team member reviews every appeal and we answer within a reasonable time (usually 15 days). If you are right, we lift the action.
11. Service changes and availability
We keep improving the Game: we may add, change or remove features, merge servers and take short maintenance breaks. We cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation; online features need an internet connection. If we decide to shut the Game down, we will announce it in the Game at least 30 days in advance where possible; real-money purchases stop from that date.
12. Termination and account deletion
- You can delete your account at any time: in the Game via Account › Delete account, or without the Game on the account deletion page. Suspended accounts can also request deletion there. What is deleted and when is described on that page and in the Privacy Policy.
- We may close your account under section 10 for serious or repeated breaches of these terms.
- When the account is deleted or closed, your licence to virtual content ends; your statutory rights remain.
13. Limitation of liability
The Game is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damage caused by things outside our control, such as internet outages, device problems, third-party services (Google Play, ad networks etc.) or your own breach of the rules, nor for indirect damage (such as lost profit). This does not exclude or limit our liability for intent and gross negligence (Turkish Code of Obligations No. 6098, art. 115), for death or personal injury, or your rights under Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and other mandatory consumer law. If you live in the European Economic Area, the mandatory consumer rights of your country of residence also remain.
14. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The courts and enforcement offices of Istanbul (Central) have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, however, you may apply under Law No. 6502 to the provincial or district consumer arbitration committees within the monetary limits set each year, and above those limits to the consumer courts where you live or where the transaction took place; this right is preserved, as are any mandatory rights under the law of your country of residence. If you write to us first, we will try to solve the problem together.
15. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. Each version’s number and date appear at the top of this page. We announce important changes in the Game and ask you to accept the new version again before you keep using features such as chat and profile photos. If you do not accept, you cannot use those features and you may delete your account.
