- Oyunu aç, ana ekrandaki profil resmine (avatarına) dokunarak Hesap penceresini aç.
- En alta kaydır, Hesabı Sil’e dokun.
- Onay kutusuna SİL yaz ve onayla.
Oyun olmadan: silme talebi
Oyuna artık giremiyorsan (hesabın askıya alındıysa da) aşağıdaki formu doldur. Oyuncu kimliği, oyundaki Hesap penceresinde “Oyuncu kimliği” satırında yazar (yanındaki Kopyala düğmesiyle tamamını kopyalayabilirsin).
Kimliğini bilmiyorsan (örneğin oyunu kaldırdıysan) o alanı boş bırak: takma adını, oynadığın sunucunun adını ve hesabın Google / Apple ile bağlıysa o Google / Apple e-posta adresini yaz. Hesabı bu bilgilerle buluruz.
Oyuncu kimliği ve takma ad herkese açık bilgiler olduğundan talebi hesabın sahibinin gönderdiğini ayrıca doğrularız (Google / Apple e-postası ya da yazışma). Talep onaylanınca hesabına oyun içi posta ve bildirim gönderilir; 7 gün içinde oyuna girip silmeyi iptal edebilirsin. Sonucu e-postayla bildiririz.
Ne silinir, ne saklanır?
- Silme tüm hesabı kapsar: her sunucudaki karakterlerin, oyun kaydın, klan üyeliğin, sohbet ve özel mesajların, arkadaş listelerin, profil fotoğrafın, bildirim jetonun ve Google / Apple bağlantın.
- 7 gün bekleme süresi vardır: hesabın hemen (web talebinde onaydan sonra) sıralama, arena, sohbet, profil, arkadaş ve klan listelerinden gizlenir; bu sürede oyuna girip silmeyi iptal edebilirsin. Sonra veriler kalıcı olarak silinir.
- Kullanım Koşulları onayın ve reklam tercihi kayıtların da silinir. Hakkındaki moderasyon kayıtları (susturma, askı) oyuncu kimliği ve takma ad çıkarılarak en çok 2 yıl saklanır.
- Delil saklama: Tehdit, cinsel içerik, çocuk güvenliği, taciz ya da şantaj gibi ağır bir ihlal nedeniyle yaptırım uygulanmış ya da hakkında resmî bir süreç bulunan hesaplarda, hesap hakkındaki şikâyetler ve moderasyon kayıtları silmeden sonra da en çok 2 yıl saklanır (Gizlilik Politikası).
- Reklam verileri: Sunucumuzdaki reklam ödül bildirimlerin (zaten en çok 7 gün tutulur) hesabınla birlikte silinir. Reklam sağlayıcısının (Unity LevelPlay; ironSource Ads, Unity Ads ve teklif veren ortakları) reklam gösterirken cihazından topladığı veriler (reklam kimliği, cihaz bilgisi, IP adresi, reklam etkileşimleri) bizde değil onlardadır ve onların politikalarına göre tutulur ve silinir: Unity gizlilik politikası. Reklam kimliğini telefonunun ayarlarından (Google › Reklamlar) istediğin an sıfırlayabilir ya da silebilirsin.
- Satın alma kayıtları muhasebe ve iade kanıtı için oyuncu kimliği çıkarılarak satın almanın yapıldığı takvim yılının sonundan itibaren 10 yıl saklanır, sonra silinir. Kanunun gerektirdiği haller dışında satın alınan ürünlerin bedeli iade edilmez.
- Silinen veriler günlük yedeklerde en geç 14 gün daha kalır, sonra kendiliğinden silinir.
- Bu talep formundaki bilgiler karardan sonra 30 gün saklanır.

English: delete your account and data
In the game (fastest)
- Open the game and tap your profile picture on the main screen to open the Hesap (Account) window.
- Scroll to the bottom and tap Hesabı Sil (Delete account).
- Type SİL in the box and confirm.
Without the game: deletion request
If you can no longer open the game (also if your account is suspended), fill in this form. Your player ID is shown in the game’s Account window on the “Oyuncu kimliği” line (the Kopyala button copies all of it).
If you do not know your ID (for example you removed the game), leave it empty and enter your nickname, the name of the server you played on and, if the account is linked to Google / Apple, that Google / Apple e-mail address. We find the account with these.
Player IDs and nicknames are public, so we separately verify that the request comes from the account owner (Google / Apple e-mail or correspondence). Once approved, the account gets an in-game mail and a notification; you can sign in within 7 days and cancel. We reply by e-mail.
What is deleted, what is kept?
- Deletion covers the whole account: characters on every server, save, clan membership, chat and private messages, friend lists, profile picture, push token and the Google / Apple link.
- There is a 7-day grace period: the account is hidden at once (for a web request: once approved) from rankings, arena, chat, profiles, friend and clan lists, and you can cancel by signing in during it. Then the data is permanently deleted.
- Your acceptance of the Terms of Service and your ad-choice records are deleted too. Moderation records about you (mutes, suspensions) are kept without your player ID and nickname for at most 2 years.
- Legal hold: for an account sanctioned for a serious violation such as threats, sexual content, child safety, harassment or extortion, or subject to an official process, reports and moderation records about the account are kept for at most 2 years after deletion (Privacy Policy).
- Ad data: the ad reward notices on our server (kept for at most 7 days anyway) are deleted with your account. Data the ad provider (Unity LevelPlay; ironSource Ads, Unity Ads and their bidding partners) collects from your device while showing ads (advertising ID, device information, IP address, ad interactions) is held by them, not us, and kept and deleted under their policies: Unity privacy policy. You can reset or delete your advertising ID at any time in your phone settings (Google › Ads).
- Purchase records are kept without your player ID as accounting and refund evidence for 10 years from the end of the calendar year of the purchase, then deleted. Except where the law requires, purchases are not refunded.
- Deleted data stays in daily backups for at most 14 more days and is then removed automatically.
- The details you enter in this form are kept for 30 days after the decision.
